These PETWELLRY terms explain orders, delivery, returns, subscriptions and privacy in straightforward language.

Terms of purchase
By using petwellry.com or placing an order, you agree to the prices, product information and policies shown at checkout. Orders are subject to payment confirmation, stock availability and delivery eligibility. We may correct genuine pricing, description or availability errors before accepting an order; if payment was already collected for an order we cannot fulfil, the affected amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
Product images are provided for identification and presentation. Packaging may change, but the product supplied will follow the applicable Malaysian label and stock information. Manufacturer names and trademarks remain the property of their owners. PETWELLRY product information is educational and does not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
Shipping and delivery
Malaysia delivery is included where expressly stated in the offer. Estimated processing and delivery times shown at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Customers must provide a complete, serviceable address and reachable contact number. Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.
Courier delays, failed delivery attempts, inaccessible locations and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. If a parcel is returned because the supplied address or contact details were incorrect, reasonable redelivery charges may apply.
Returns, replacements and refunds
Supplements and other ingestible products are generally not returnable for change of mind once dispatched. If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective or expired item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at csadmin@petwellry.com or WhatsApp +60 11-1427 6576. Include your order number, clear photographs of the parcel and product, and the expiry or batch information where relevant.
Keep the product unused and in its original packaging while the claim is reviewed. Do not send a return until customer care provides instructions. Approved claims may be resolved by replacement or refund depending on the issue and stock availability. We bear reasonable return costs for an accepted wrong, damaged, defective or expired-item claim. Original delivery charges and return costs for unapproved or change-of-mind returns are not refundable.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are not currently offered. Any future recurring plan will display its price, cadence, next billing date and cancellation method before payment.
Privacy and membership
CV APA MARKETING collects information needed to operate the store, including names, contact details, delivery addresses, account information, order history, support messages and technical data such as device, browser, cookies and IP address. We use it to process payments and orders, deliver purchases, manage membership and subscriptions, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal obligations and improve the website.
Payment details are processed by the configured payment provider and are not stored by PETWELLRY as complete card numbers. Necessary information may be shared with hosting, ecommerce, payment, courier, analytics, communications and professional-service providers only for the relevant service. We retain information for operational, accounting, dispute and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise it when no longer required.
Marketing messages require the applicable consent and may be unsubscribed from at any time. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, contact csadmin@petwellry.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate transaction records. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
